An excerpt from a Billy Collins poem –

(as found on http://poetry-fromthehart.blogspot.com/2011/06/monday-billy-collins.html)

Monday

‘the chefs are dicing celery and potatoes,

I have inspiration in spades, blades and blooms-

ever grateful to Mother Nature, my landscape artist
