An ode to the authentic autumn weather gracing the Jersey Shore this day from poetry’s Romanticism Era as today

I am embracing autumn; layered arms, sheepskin feet, hands hidden inside hoodie pockets, base-boards cued hum,

sassafrass fall underbelly sassafress fall– as romantically as arthritic can under weather vices.
