National Service Dog Month Tribute~

Service Dogs have had quite a time this past year;

they’ve continued their commitment

toward assisting a multiple array of people in need,

providing easement of,

greater independence for

their humans’ lives

despite two-legged see-saw publicity.

Service dogs serve – thank you canine companions!

(And forgive humans for all the negative press, your hearts exude unconditional love while people keep learning to do so)

‘Black Dog’ Theory? ‘Black Dog’ Syndrome? Canine discrimination~

Would you turn away from this gorgeous face? Could you turn away from this gorgeous face?

Most people do because of ‘black dog theory/syndrome’ – the misguided belief  black dogs are aggressive.

Discrimination leaves ‘black dogs’ in the dark.

Black coated canines prove overlooked statistically by adopters,

Left un-adopted, unattended and unappreciated simply for their onyx fur.

This photographer highlights beauty, gentility and compatibility of black dogs in a normal setting.

In a home. In loving homes.

This blog’s dedication to inclusion, non-discrimination for all – including canines.

Dogs serve humanity, they serve in the armed forces, serve the physically and medically disabled,

and neglecting, overlooking and discrimination of any living creature shares our limelight.

Check out these black beauties photos and your heart will melt!
